Our customers are the basis for all that we do at Thompson, here are just a few reasons why we LOVE them.

• Our customers are doing important work. Every job is important, but there’s no doubt that our world would not be the same without the transportation industry. We sell the trucks that plow the streets we drive on. We service the school buses that carry our children to school. We supply parts for the vehicles that haul everything from medical waste, to ice cream sandwiches, to the food to our grocery stores. We LOVE being a small part of the important work that our customers are doing every day.  
  
• They trust us with their livelihood. For a truck driver or fleet owner their truck is how they provide for their family, and when their truck is in the shop or out of commission our customers are losing money. When that happens, they rely on Thompson and that is a responsibility that we do not take lightly. We’re proud to be the one our customers turn to when the stakes are highest.
  
• Our customers love trucks as much as we do. From the decked-out chrome on the Lonestar to a custom graphite box on an MV, our customers appreciate a good-looking truck as much as we do. At Thompson, we are truck people and we love being around others that feel the same way.
• They’ve become our friends and neighbors. The number one reason we love our customers is because to us, they’re MORE than customers. When we take care of someone, they become a part of the Thompson family. Some of these relationships have been fostered over decades of doing business together and are clear indicators of just how important customer satisfaction is to all of us at Thompson.
