Online Parts Ordering. You can order parts online 24/7, no contact needed. Online parts ordering is free and easy, and there are often additional discounts applied. Thompson also has FREE parts delivery and will bring the parts right to you, usually within the next business day. Please note, our Thompson Tire & Retread locations will be limiting deliveries to essential tires only and will drop off tires outside of customer shop.  

Service Committed to Uptime. Our service department is open and will continue to work to keep your trucks on the road. We strive to offer same-day diagnostics and we are committed to maximizing your UPTIME. Customers are encouraged to schedule service online and ask about our pick up and delivery options. In addition, our technicians are taking steps to sanitize trucks and will be using rubber gloves and seat covers to maintain the health and safety of our employees and customers. 

Leasing and Rental. Many companies are seeing a rise in their shipping needs due to the emergency state. We are happy to accommodate for these changes with either short-term rentals or leases. Click here to view all leasing options and identify which is best for your business needs. 

Customer Lounges are Open. While some other dealerships are closing customer lounges, we are happy to accommodate all customers that are waiting for service to be completed. Our staff is taking action to sanitize every surface once every two hours to help maintain the safety of our employees and customers. 

Dedicated Team Available. With the safety and welfare of our employees and customers in mind, our sales team will no longer be visiting customer locations and some team members will be working remotely effective immediately. Our staff will continue to support and serve you via phone and email until further notice.
